General/quality of life:

• Retail Services and Residential Study. This is based on a survey conducted in October, 2006 to gather information for the East Campus Redevelopment Initiative.

• PhD Completion Report, the result of the University's investigation into our low PhD completion rate. The Graduate School is now looking into implementing the report's recommendations. June 6, 2006.

Housing:

• Student Housing Market and Feasibility Study. The study, commissioned by UMCP in spring 2005, explored the demand for graduate housing, and also gauged unmet demand for undergraduate housing.
• Housing Needs of Graduate Students at the University of Maryland, College Park. Prepared for the Graduate School by the Urban Studies and Planning Program, March 2003.
• Report on Graduate Housing Services at Peer Institutions. Completed in 2003 by the Standing Committee on Graduate Student Housing.
