Always wanted to learn how to prepare a delicious Mediterranean meal? Learn how to make hummus or baklava? Now it's your chance! Join Graduate Student Life in a cooking class at the Lebanese Taverna in Arlington, VA. You will learn how to prepare an entire meal: mezza, entrees and dessert, composed of scrumptious lamb, dates, almonds, eggplant and much more. After the class, enjoy the fruits of your labor and take pleasure in the delectable dinner that you will have made! Tickets will be on sale for $32 each ($62 value). Reservations are required; UM graduate students may purchase one extra ticket for a guest. Tickets will be available for purchase online beginning Thursday, Oct. 29, at 10:00am.
