Judicial Court
The Judicial Court has sole authority to interpret the GSG Constitution, Bylaws,
Bills, Executive Orders, and all other statutes.
The Judicial Court has the authority to overturn any Assembly bill, impeachment
decision or disciplinary action, or motion that is found to be in conflict with
the GSG Bylaws or Constitution, subject to the approval of the Assembly.
Decisions of the Court cannot be appealed.

This piece of legislation was rescinded at the October 28th meeting of the 25th Assembly. With the passing of the Referendum (see GSGA25-A01), the changes outlined in GSGA24-16 are no
longer pertinent and the Assembly wanted them removed from the Bylaws.
