Elections Committee
Introduction
The Elections Committee supervises yearly GSG Executive Elections. The EC is in charge of setting up, assisting to generate interest in, and helping to facilitate GSG executive board elections.
To nominate yourself or a student in your department for a vacancy in your department, print out a Vacancy Nomination Form and submit it to the GSG Office in 1121 Stamp Student Union. Please be aware that you will need five other students to support yournomination (or half of your department if there are less than 10 students).

You can download the PREB in pdf format here. Please submit the ballot to the GSG office in room 1121 of the Stamp Student Union.
Resignation Letter
To officially resign your Assembly position as a representative to your department, you need to send this letter into the GSG or the Elections committee.

Standing Rules
- Committee business shall be conducted as described in the Committee Handbook, Section III.
- Quorum of the committee is three.
- Majority rules on all votes.
