Judicial Court
Introduction
The judicial court used to be the highest and sole authority on interpreting the GSG Constitution and Bylaws. This system was replaced by the Governance Committee by referendum in 2008. This page also includes the referenda and resolutions pertaining to the Court.
From the old Court webpage:
The Judicial Court has sole authority to interpret the GSG Constitution, Bylaws, Bills, Executive Orders, and all other statutes.
The Judicial Court has the authority to overturn any Assembly bill, impeachment decision or disciplinary action, or motion that is found to be in conflict with the GSG Bylaws or Constitution, subject to the approval of the Assembly.
